Teresa Moore Lingerie Photos?

Teresa Moore is a pretty hot lingerie & fashion model that’s done a lot of work for companies like Bare Necessities and La Senza. Being involved in quite the popular lingerie blog; we’ve gotten several DMCA notices for product photos showing Miss. Moore. We’ve been forced to remove these images by our web host, but I do think it’s a dangerous online precedent.

IF A MODEL GETS PAID TO HAVE HER PICTURE TAKEN FOR ONLINE USE AS A PRODUCT IMAGE AND A PROMO IMAGE, SENDING DMCA’S AFTERWARDS TO TAKE THESE PHOTOS DOWN BECAUSE YOU DON’T LIKE IT ANYMORE IS CHILDISH AND AN INSULT TO THE PEOPLE WHO PAID YOU.

I hope Teresa Moore is refunding Bare Necessities. And I hope anyone considering hiring her for promotional pics reconsiders…

Theresa Moore is now sending DMCA takedown requests for photos owned by La Senza, documenting a statement from a photographer that never worked with La Senza.

It’s funny to me how people can so easily abuse the DMCA. Teresa Moore, SHAME ON YOU!
